MONDAY

i got back my 听写 today!
full-marks! :D :D
and charmaine gave me a bag of SOUR+ apple flavoured sweets!
i was so totally doing a victory dance! :D
(must've looked pretty amusing!)

had ANOTHER physics lab today (so its twice in two weeks already)
we wasted lots and lots of time, firstly, waiting for Mr. O to come to class because we didnt know there was physics lab
secondly, we were debating if there MIGHT be physics lab
and thirdly, i was reluctant to go ALLLLLL THE WAYYY down four storeys, to the other end of the school and up four whole storeys just to go see if there was physics lab
and IF Mr. O WASN'T in the lab, we would have made a wasted trip, meaning we have to walk down four whole storeys and back to our end of the school, and up four storeys, where our class sits!
(sometimes i wish we could walk on air, then we wouldn't have to go down four storeys and up another four storeys! JUST WALK STRAIGHT! HAHAHAHA!)
but i finally lifted my lazy bumbum and dragged myself all the way there, and there really was physics lab!
so turns out it wasn't a wasted trip! YAY!

and lab was peanuts today
we only had to boil water, then leave it to cool and take the temperature every minute for five minutes
so the whole class just sat there staring at a tiny beaker of water for five whole minutes with a stopwatch in their hand
can you imagine how funny it looked!

after that me and grace were complaining that the water was cooling so SLOWLYYYYY
then suddenly she said, "HEY! let's see who can make the water reach 40 degrees the fastest!"
she said ADDING MORE WATER WAS PROHIBITED
so we started blowing and blowing at the water like crazy people and fanning and fanning, and swirling and swirling the water
i even borrowed priscilla's thermometer and used it to stir the water
when grace saw, she quickly grabbed her pen and started using it to stir the water too!
it couldn't have gotten any funnier than that
two people going crazy over a beaker of WATER and using PENS and THERMOMETERS to stir it
anyway, I WON! YAY! :D

bad news from Mdm. N:
apparently, she thinks im really really good at writing essays, so she asked me to do a essay for reader's digest, if im not wrong
i mean, sending me for the ICAS descriptive picture essay thingy was kinda bad enough! but writing an essay for READER'S DIGEST on the topic MY ENVIRONMENT AND ME?
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh-nonononono
... anyway, i have to get it done by the end of this week

SS was hilarious today
i dont know what's wrong with me, but i was DEFINITELY half-sleeping during that period
Miss. K asked us for a negative consequence of the conflict in Ireland and offered two milky bars for an answer
at that time, my brain only registered: "TWO MILKY BARS"
so i quickly flipped through the textbook and saw "political reforms"
guess what i did? i raised my hand and said "POLITICAL REFORMS!!"
and then Miss. K went, "alamak, so funny!", and started laughing
of course i had NO IDEA what was going on and was totally malufied

apparently, Miss. K had already said political reforms was a positive consequence, whereas she wanted a NEGATIVE one!
but my half-asleep brain only absorbed half of what she said
"Consequences can be negative and positive. Political reforms is positive."
"Can anyone tell me a negative political consequence? I got two milky bars here!"
i mean, if you were me, you would obviously absorb the NICER half which had the milky bars in it right!
how was I to know?! xD

i finally, finally, got my new PE tee!
i dont really know why i bought so big, i think i'd look like a bamboo stick hanging a shirt!
but then again, im not that skinny :D
