I managed to flip the light switch on, so the first thought that came to me was: Okay, so it isn't occupied

Then after walking a few more steps (which means I'm at the toilet entrance by now), I banged right into the toilet door

yea, I was half-awake and BOY, was the "BANG" loud!

right after the bang, I'm definite I was fully awake

OUCH.. what a painful way to wake up!
