so I'm officially free now! at least for about one and a half weeks, before 1st of June :D

Chemistry MYE results are back! and they're not very good I'm afraid D:

okay, not as good as I expected, but still not bad I guess?

after charis and karen's bio SPA, we went to Eighteen Chefs to eat!

we couldn't get a seat inside so we had to sit outside

and everytime we thought that there were empty seats inside, I would go check

so you could imagine how silly I looked eh

once I even pushed the door while trying to open it when the sign distinctively said "PULL"

obviously that made charis and karen laugh at me AGAINN (haha, not as if they'd never laughed at me before xD)

then we went to Tampines 1 because charis wanted to look at stuff

(take note now, cos this part is very important for later! :D I hope I don't get the whole order wrong, haha--ohyah, mental note: charis was carrying her textbook)

First, we went to Uniqlo cos karen and charis wanted to look at the stuff there (their first time!)

Next, we went to the shop opposite Uniqlo because charis wanted to look at some box

Then, we went to the toilet on the first floor

And then, Diva

After that, we went to Urban Write and I bought a pen and two pen refills

Next, we went to Popular and went to the CDs section where CHARIS PICKED UP A PHONE CALL (wow, she was holding a FAT FAT TEXTBOOK and had enough free hands to pick up a phone call? let it roll around your heads first!)

at the foolscap section, charis FINALLY REALISED THAT HER BIO TEXTBOOK WASN'T IN HER HANDS

so....

we walked like 3 rounds around Popular trying to find it and asked the cashiers at both counters if they'd seen it

next, we went all the way back to Tampines 1 AGAIN - Urban Write(that was the place we went to before going to Popular), walked all around and of course asked the cashiers if they'd seen the YELLOW TEXTBOOOOK

while we were trying to ask charis where she last left it,

charis suddenly exclaimed: "THE TOILET!!!! I LEFT MY TEXTBOOK IN THE TOILET CUBICLE!"

so we went back to the first floor toilet and waited outside while charis waited inside for the person in HER cubicle to come out

people streamed in, there were 1000 flushes, people streamed out

and so amazingly, whoever that was in her cubicle was taking eternity to finish whatever she was doing

by the time she finally emerged from her hole, 10 hours had passed and charis was already debating if she should clobber the person or glare at her

and surprise, surprise, after taking a look in the toilet, the textbook wasn't in that cubicle

then we went to Uniqlo and the shop opposite Uniqlo and asked around

we even tried searching Diva, which was quite funny because Diva was wayyy to small and there was no place to misplace a textbook in there at all!

finally we decided to go back to the toilet and try checking every cubicle just in case charis's memory was failing and she remembered the wrong cubicle (LOL!)

still, it wasn'tttttt thereeeeeeee!

then charis had a bright idea! CHECK THE INFORMATION COUNTERRR!

charis: excuse me, but did anyone find a bio textbook here?

lady gives knowing smile and leaves her seat. checks the area and opens a thin drawer.

me (thinks): ohyes! finally found it! ohwait, why is she opening that thin drawer? the fat bio textbook can't possibly fit into it RIGHT? ahhhh, don't tell me she's gona ask charis to fill up some missing article form or something then call her when they find it right? LOL.

lady continues search and pulls out a file, flips to a page and finally comes to a drawer where she FISHES OUT THE FAMILIAR LOOKING FAT YELLOW TEXTBOOK!

ahhahahaha!

then charis had to sign the bottom part of the form to show that it's been claimed

this is what the form said:

place found- TOILET (WHAAAAAAAAAT THE--)

what a joke man!

turns out the textbook had been found in the cubicle by a lady named Margaret

haha!

next time if you ever lose something in a big big mall? save your PRECIOUS ENERGY and just go straight to the Information counterrrrr!
